What we work on
MoloChain spans a customer-facing marketplace, a job-centric operational back office (OTMS), an industry social network (mololink), an AI platform, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Engineering moves across React, React Native (Expo), Node + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker. Logistics work covers ocean, air, and land freight aligned with IMO and WTO TFA standards.
Who we are looking for
- Engineers: full-stack TypeScript, React, React Native, Node, PostgreSQL, real-time systems.
- Logistics operators: freight forwarding background, ocean/air documentation, customs.
- Designers: product design for operator tools, marketing for customer-facing surfaces.
- Customer success: onboarding shippers and forwarders, multilingual (English, Persian, Turkish a plus).
How we work
Distributed team across multiple time zones, async-first, English working language. Production engineering culture: every change is reviewed, every deploy is automated, every incident has a post-mortem.
